Ideal for individual rustic tourism in small groups. 4 to 6 days of immense adventure in the world's largest surface water reserve in search of giant otters, all the great biodiversity of the Paraguayan marshland, big jaguars and piranha fishing. The ancestral cultures of the Ishir ethnic group is one of the great attractions for those who decide to take this unforgettable tour. Boat and glider rides give a special touch to the waterways, always observing the colorful fauna and flora.
Sport fishing in search of pacu, piranha and dorado. Visits to rural farmhouses, hiking, horseback riding. Photographic safari from streams by boat / canoe at day or night, wildilfe watching, sighting and interpretation of fauna / flora and search for footprints of giant otters or jaguars and much more.
Optimum would be from May to the end of September (colder and less insects). From October to April it is warmer, there are more insects but there is better fishing and more animals, because the waters in the rivers are lower.
The transfer would be in a 4x4 truck (10 to 12 hours) or optional in a charter plane.
The Pantanal is 850 km away from Asunción.
